Do I have to clean my home before you come? #

It is always helpful to your cleaner if items on the floor (namely in the bedroom) are placed on the bed. Counter-top items in the kitchen and/or bathroom being kept to a minimum also ensure a better clean for you and a more efficient process for our team.

Do I need to be present while my home is being cleaned? #

There is no need for you to be present while we are in your home. Prior to your cleaning, you will be contacted to determine the best way to enter your home. If you plan to be home during our scheduled cleaning service, we ask that you stay as much as possible in a separate space from our cleaners for your safety and ours.

How many cleaners will come to my home? #

The number of cleaners assigned to your home/office varies depending on the size of your space. Generally speaking, you can expect at least two cleaners as we find this to be a more time-efficient model.

What time will my SUPER CLEAN TEAM arrive? #

Together we will work with you and our SUPER CLEAN TEAM to determine the best time of arrival for your calendar and ours. Once an arrival window has been established, we will try our best to always arrive in that time frame. We pride ourselves on providing consistent service!

WHEN and HOW do I pay for my cleaning services? #

Payments are due the day of service by either eTransfer, cash, or cheque (If paying by cash or cheque, please place in a sealed envelope for the cleaner to take with them).

Does Mrs. Clean Home Services have insurance? #

Mrs Clean Home Services is covered by a $2,000,000 Liability Insurance Policy.

What if I need to cancel a cleaning session? #

We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel, we greatly appreciate you providing us with as much notice as possible. You can reach us via email at [email protected] or via text message at (905) 716-0552. Failure to give any notice may result in a nominal service charge.

What if I have concerns or special requests? #

We pride ourselves on our commitment t customer service, so if there is anything you'd like for us to change about our services, or anything you think we're missing, let us know! Your feedback helps us to provide top-tier service to our family of customers! We always try our best to accommodate any reasonable special requests.

Does Mrs. Clean Home Services bring cleaning supplies? #

Yes, we provide all regular cleaning supplies and equipment. It's always best if you have your own vacuum, so If you have one that performs well, we do prefer to use yours (It will be sanitized after use).
